2. Have Mr. Wang 盖章. He is the vice dean of the college
and in the office next to Wangzhiwen.
3. Take you I-20, admission letter along with this statement
to Dr. Luo, the vice dean of graduates. He will sign on it.
4.Take this statement to the graduate student office to get
a list of the 章's that you have to request.
