1. Set up a trust fund.
2. Choose dedicated educators and send them to the poor areas.
3. Open up private schools in those areas with the fund.
4. Offer “free” education to those kids in need. If necessary, even assist
their families by means of loan. However
5. Students and their parents must sign contract agreeing to repay. (After
the students graduate and get a job, they need to pay 10% of their
