发帖数: 253 | 7 yes. If you go out for a run alone, always carry an ID(road ID), cell phone,
some cash,let someone roughly know what your route is and be aware of the
surroundings. Ditch the headphones! If you have to run with some music, put
one on instead of two. Always stop at intersections even you get the green.
There are some reckless drivers out there. Be safe!!!! |
