Study: Vibram FiveFingers Lead to Greater Risk of Foot Bone Injury
More evidence supporting a gradual transition to barefoot-style shoes.

In a 10-week study, 10 of 19 runners who transitioned to doing some of their
mileage in Vibram FiveFingers showed signs of foot bone injury at the end
of the study, compared to one of 17 runners who continued to do all of their
running in conventional shoes. |

其实,啥都有危险,开车,吃饭,走路,做飞机。。只是大小和取舍的问题。 |

group 和 control group。由于随机原因出现10个及以上的人有问题的概率只有6.2%。
看了文章,人家过渡也非常保守。都是以前跑15-30mile/wk的主,过去6个月没有因腿
受过严重伤的。换VVF后,第一周跑一次1-2mile第二周加一次1-2mile,第三周再加一
次。然后根据情况,觉得没问题的再完全取代一次short run。比我过渡保守多了。17
个人中10个人出现了问题。

但原始社会也没有水泥路,你让野人每天在水泥路上狂奔,他们
的腿也会断的...
很多人突然从传统鞋过渡到简约鞋都会受伤,不要说突然换VFF了,
VFF可以偶尔在软路面穿穿,体会光脚跑的感觉就好了..
话说昨天溜狗的时候到的确碰到一个光脚在马路边水泥路上跑的白MM,
其实她也不算瘦,但的确跑得很轻盈,虽然不快....
