I saw big bulls here have 13x/12x bpm HR for 10:00 pace.
Should I lower my LHR training target HR to, say, 140bpm,
and make progress from there? Or should I try to achieve

use the formula 180-age-10 to 180-age range
BTW, big bulls here run at 12x bpm, not at 10 min pace, but at 8:00 to 8:30
