脚底硬硬的好象是calluses. 穿皮鞋有点点疼。去超市买了个calluses remover。贴着
这个能跑步吗？有过来人吗？还有，说明书上说可能两星期才能remove。那么慢吗？还
有怎么能防止这个阿？我的鞋也不小阿。 |

发帖数: 558 | 4 the whole winter i had been struggling with a corn in my foot. unlike callus
, corn is painful and really affected my running. i used the corn/callus
remover (a small patch coated with a mild acid) for a couple of weeks and
was able to peel the dead skin off finally. hot water will help too. i
never had this problem before. i blame it on a pair of running shoes i
bought on deep discount, but they are half size too small.
btw, peeling off the dead skin is really gross. there is a video on youtube

there is also a liquid form of callus remover. i have used both.
