发帖数: 1006 | 1 Just finished my 1st HM @ Flushing Corona Park on Saturday. It was my 1st
race of any kind, there are School bands playing, people singing, people
with signs, everything is fun/ new to me. I am a very slow runner, and my
long run before the race was 11 miles and took me almost 2 hours. I
estimate my finish time for this race is about 2 hours and 30 minutes but
finished @ 2:07:26, still slow but much better than I though.. | d*********e
