我认为这句是关键,所谓painless只是副产品而已。
以前我的运动理疗师指导我如何预防受伤时也说过的:Consistency is the key.
她说,每天都可以跑步,但每次都不要跑太长太快。 绝对要避免的是停几周不跑,然
后突然一天跑个超过自己能力的长距离,那就要受伤了。然后又要几周才能恢复。这就
是恶性循环。
我的理解是要定期频繁的跑步,但每次都不要跑太长太快,以不要使自己觉得难受为标
准。
以前在网上看到一位马拉松教练说的(大意):
it is better to stop running and start walking when you want to, than it is
when you are forced to (by fatigue).
