很大，就是有个问题，后来出汗，看上去像尿了裤子，窘...
昨天跑是穿的tight,短袖外面套长袖，3麦后好像能跑开

我会穿长tight,长袖T-shirt,再加一件jacket，还有帽子和手套。如果跑热了，可以
jacket系腰上？

have to wear long sleeves when it's under 50 and wear gloves. But I almost
never wear tights or pants even when it's 30F and drizzling.
However, I found that racing is a little different from training. I have
managed to run a couple of races wearing singlets in 45 degree weather
without feeling cold arms at all.

区别：你可能没太阳。风大一点点，但也不是太大。风从后面来的时候问题不大。所以
总的说会冷一点，但不会太多。
考虑：比赛比平时跑步会热一点。
赛前冷的话，一个帽子可以让你暖和很多。

windchill and sun exposure are more important. I have shivered on summer
nights and been toasted on sunny winter days.
