Hi Guys !
Being distance runners and . . racers . . . we receive movies, clips and all
sorts of stuff over the internet regarding our wonderful sport of choice.
Most are fun and informative and much appreciated.
That said, this little 15 minute clip is so sweet and special I just wanted
to share with the ones who I think may appreciate the essence of the clip.
For me at least, it captures so well the flavour of the marathon whether you
are a fast one or if you are one of us 'mid-packers.'
And I just put it very high on my 'must run' marathons. This clip was sent
to me by a very talented distance runner and a friend.
