Also need to take care of his mother. Only
sleep a couple of hours each day, and no
exercise.
I went out today shopping for LD and my son
in a near by mall.Decided to run/walk instead
of driving.To my surprise, I felt very strong.
I hope I can resume training soon... |

I took 2 months off from running/biking/swimming when my 2nd daughter was
born before last X'mas. BAD BAD IDEA!
Keep exercising as much as you can, doing errands by running rather than
driving is a great way to keep it up. Your boy is born in the summer, that's
also an advantage.

这要是有10个孩子的话，哪怕初始里程只有1mile，那之后也有1024了。膜拜ing。
