三年前开始跑5K/10K，去年初开始减肥，加了点距离，9月开始每个月一次半马，报名
的时候半马90刀，全马110。一怒上了全马，不是说求其上则中，求其中则下么？
5点出发，6点到downtown，已经人山人海了，毕竟第一次和这么多人一起跑，紧张的有
点想哭。7:10开跑之后就顺其自然了，一直小雨绵绵，除了鞋湿了以外，其他客观条件
很好，周围加油的人真多，跟自己一个人大半夜小胡同里跑真是不一样。15mile开始每
个水站停下喝水走半分钟，17mi的时候去starbucks买了杯green frappaccino，因为早
上啥都没吃肚子一直在叫了。18mi开始上下坡比较多，开始走走停停了。20mi在
memorial park里，传说中的the wall, 一个桥墩子上有人喷了一人多高，虬劲有力的
两个大字“GIVE UP”。进了downtown还有2mi的时候右腿有要抽筋的迹象，路边有个大
姐一直喊拐弯就到了！拐弯就到了！还有100m，我把鞋脱了举过头顶。路中间那个拿话
筒的DJ狂叫：CHINA！No Shoes! (嘿嘿穿了件前面国旗，后面CHINA的短袖).没穿袜子
，所以脚趾磨破了，到终点脱了鞋以后才发现。
发现大家，无论跑步的还是看热闹的都这有创意，两个女孩穿了一样的Tshirt，左边那
个有个向右的箭头，右边那个画个向左的指向对方 “she made me do it”，快进
downtown的时候一个mm举个大牌子写，your nipple turn me on. 真给力！

Not sure whether the humidity, 60+F, and the rain affected you a lot. I
sweated a lot and felt very tired this morning because of this suddenly
temperature up...

上了两次厕所，换了两次绷带runners knee，前半程被带快了，心跳170／180（平时
150／160）
