觉，另一方面，平时手上多抓东西，比赛时一轻松还能跑得快些。

so I have to be prepared to stuck a bath tissue in my running
short.

1) normal junkie run, I won't have this problem, normally.
2) long run, always have pot-a-john along the route
3) normally I run the trail/route I am familar with. so I know where to
find place if there is any emergency..

so no need for a plastic bag.
Even though it might get crumbled, it's better than nothing.

when was the last time i had bowel movement during the run.
