tucking it under your armpit is more
efficient than carrying it with a belt on your waist.

bottle under your arm is better than
holding it in your hand, and holding it in the hand, in my opinion, is
better than carrying it on a belt. of course, if you want to run a good race (unless it's an ultra), just don't carry
any water bottle.

我觉得开始几迈为了避开人群，可以拿着水瓶，然后扔掉，喝水站的就可以了。

发帖数: 4859 | 16 水就不需要了。每个比赛都提供水，但是不一定有有GU。只有两包的话可以揣裤兜里。
如果要背腰带的话，可以考虑背上你的相机。一路跑，一路拍。回来写个图文并茂的报
告。

holding a bottle in the hand.
It is interesting to know that ryan hall swing his arm like that, because
I remember that kara gaucher is instructed to intentionally pump up the
arms since this is believed to be a more efficient way to run, and that's
been what I have been trying to achieve since then.
Got any idea or support on which way is better?
