about! Just looking at him makes me feel heavy. To be fair though, I believe that 9 miles were downhill, since it was
supposed to simulate the first half of Boston marathon.

I guess you will run a trail, right? If it is on a track, at least I can

documentary about Ryan in the middle of men's marathon, I was so inspired
that I started running the next day, and haven't stopped since. more than
anyone, he reminds me of the spiritual dimension of running, as he put a
experience hard to describe
