The next I want to do is taking two weeks off to let my achilles tendon
recover.It has given my problem for months.
I am planning to run a marathon in Feb.

I believe I could do better if I started slower.After 3 miles, I did not
pass anybody but at least 7-9 runners passed me.Another thing is the weather
was too bad for a good HM run.

发帖数: 56 | 9 Yeah, it goes on and off. It seemed fine if I didn't run much. But it hurts
at night after a long run-15 to 20 mi.

fast.Just like you said 不甘心跑太慢, plus it was a small race, not many
people running..

发帖数: 56 | 12 I actually thought about the starting pace before the run. It should be
around 7 min or slower. But when I first looked my watch, it was 6:30ish and
for about half miles at least...
Then I was waiting for my target pacer to come up...:)
