我训练还是不够hard。时不时我会看一下Team Hoyt的Video. 每次看完,我都觉得自己
太不push自己了。I shoul go all out in training。
大牛们都是怎么push自己的?

seriously,push yourself as hard as you are free of injury.
But the hard point is that you do not know when or due to what cause (
running too much or too fast) you will
get hurt.
My suggestion is that you have to gradually increased your speed and mileage
in your comfort zone.
In your the other post, you said you felt sleepy after 5 miles. Maybe you
should try some faster but shorter run
(1 mile or 2 miel) than that, and you will see your improvement after the
more intense but short distance run
