Settled in Shelbyville, a small town outside of Grand Rapids, Michigan,
Jerry Johncock not only holds the US men's 80-85 age group record but is
also the first American over 80 to break the four hour mark in the marathon.
Johncock finished 2,505th at the 2008 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon,
clocking 3:59:12. The record-setting masters runner gives his two sons
