目前的情况是加拿大那边不出具title;
去过两个vin station, no title no vin check;
而DMV no vin check no registration.
Stuck!
车的费用已经付清。
请问哪个vin station 可以给没有title的车做vin check, 多谢！ | e********9

Hope this may help some people, esp those from Canada.
VIN Station at 929 Phenix Ave, Cranston RI
can do VIN check without a title.
Documents needed: bill of sale, registration certificate. |
