the bank after submission for B2 visa. I'll submit at beijing, and plan to
buy air tickets for parents. Is my research true? if so, I will buy the

Dropped the package on Wed afternoon Aug 21st, Beijing,
Issued Monday Aug 26 Morning. All in BJ time.
If you are sure they will get visa issued with no problem, then do it.
Otherwise, I would stay at the safe end, and buy until the visa get issued. |
