1. My H1-B renewal got decline in January, is there any grace period for me
to file this visa change application? Such as 3 month or?
2. Can I file this visa change application ( from H1-B to H4) by myself
without a lawyer?
3. What kind of documents do I have to provide and what's the process?

当然这个gap越短越好。
