My mom will do visa interview in Beijing. Before that, we like to ask a
friend in Beijing to pay the visa fee for her in Zhongxing bank. Is there
any material needed to pay the fee in the bank? like my mom's ID? Thanks a
lot.

I just asked my friend to do the same thing like you. The only things they
need are the copies of your mom's ID and passport.
