Visa Officer: 真棒。 你们有房产吗？把房产证给我看一下。
Dad给旧的房产证和证明
Visa Officer: 你有工作吗？
Dad: 我们是农民。
Visa Officer: 对不起。
Dad: 我们有存款。。。
Visa Officer: 对不起。
现在我们能想到的问题如下个：
我们村统一没有换新房产证，只有80年代的旧房产证，去签证前村里开了证明。我们家还有在县城买的一个房产，但是因为开发商和土地局的纠纷，房产证一直也没有拿到。我觉得不提这个比较好。
另外重复一下上面的内容：关于DS160
1，月收入，因为我爸爸妈妈都是农民，收入不固定，我之前填"Does Not Apply". 是不是错了？是不是应该填一个大体估计的数额？
2，“Previously Employed?" 我填”No"，从来没有换工作。应该填Yes吗?
3，如果再填写DS160, 内容比如收入等等的跟之前一次填的不一样，需要给VO写个解释信吗？

In Feb, parents-in law was denied visa. I was wondering if this is due to
wrong answer regarding "monthly income" on DS160 form. Because both of them
are farmers, I put "NA" as the answer. This might have led the VO to think
that my parents would stay in U.S. because they were not financially well in
China.
In fact, my in-laws, as farmers, have gross income of about 20,000 annually.
When we file the DS160 for their second interview, we want to change the
monthly income to 20000/12. Should I write an explanation to the VO
regarding this inconsistency?
