stay in the U.S. without working, e.g. pay statement that shows regular
monthly salary & bank books with regular history of deposits and withdrawals

Yes, I will provide "pay statement that shows regular monthly salary & bank
books with regular history of deposits and withdrawals, etc." BUT how much
is enough for the "Proof that you can support yourself during your entire
stay in the U.S. without working?" Is there any general guide or standard
about this? Any friends have such experience? Thanks.

My parents are living with my brother's family. They do not own any house.
