下面分析分为两个部分访美经历和递签结果。
访美经历
之前父母来美4次，常有延期；每次延期申请，如果批准，继续居住；否则，迅速回国
。上次来美，延期申请被拒。因为在外旅行，所以收到延期拒绝通知之后1个月内，才
终回国。上次来美居留共计小于1年（10 months)。回国之后居住共计大于1年(14
months)。
递签结果
上次延期理由：因为计划旅行，故而延期。延期被拒原因之一：6个月满足一般旅行要
求，所以拒绝延期申请。这次中信递签，父母提交延期申请拒绝通知给使馆。使馆官员
使用黄笔标记父母提交的移民局发出的延期申请拒绝通知，如下：
In determing whether or not the applicant has met standard that their stay
is temporary, USCIS looks at the specific plans, activities and events that
the applicant has engaged in the past and proposed for future along with
statement.
In this regard, applicant has provided no documentation showing definitive
arrangements to depart US have been secured. Thus, record fails to establish
that applicant's stay is temporary.
Because applicant has not established eligibility under each of separate
issues as explained above, USCIS may not grant the benefit. Accordingly,
application is denied.
递签结果的审理单上没有标明需要提交什么材料。

签证官当面训了一通：
每次过去都延期，太不象话了，这次过去，就不要再延期了，6个月内回来，否则以后
签证就不给了。
然后批了签证。
