I am preparing ds-160 for parents. Can I sign and submit the application
online instead of them ? (The instruction says the applicants have to sign
and submit themselves.)

事实是，很多人提交了，把确认页发给父母让他们打印。我也这么做了。不知道会不会
有麻烦

在最后sign and submit上可以把自己的信息填在preparer上，然后替父母sign and
submit就可以了。把confirmation page给他们发过去就可以。
