刚刚研究了版上精华区的帖子，现在有两个疑问。
1. 看到一个2000年的帖子说如果I-20上 8b-7all<-2500，那在上海基本过不了。不知
道现在的情况有没有改变， 因为我的 8b-7all=-3000，是不是就不要浪费时间了去签
证了？ 很焦急，请有类似情况的兄弟姐妹说一说。多谢！
2. 还是那个2000年的帖子，说在上海6个月以内不能签第3次。可是我老婆是1月底第二
次被拒的，按照这种说法应该最早只能7月底去签，请问这个说法现在还准确吗？ 多谢

that you can use to cover your spouse's spending when she's in US.
When you have the statement not only you can cover the disadvantage of "8b-
7all" , but also you can show them that her re-application for visa is
justified because you have NEW documents (showing she has a changed status).

发帖数: 274 | 3 Thanks a lot for your reply. What do you mean by "changed status"? I mean I
prepared a financial statement for her last 2 times, but the thing is the VO
didn't even see that. Why my documents of financial statement can justify
her new status?
And I feel like she was denied because she didn't even convince the vo that
she is my wife. That's why I want to apply for the visa together with her
this time.
For my second question about the time limit of the 3rd interview, do you
have any idea?

负多少没有关系，只要你有个人资金补足，有的签证官认为补1年就够，有的
认为要补够全部的年，也就是说如果你还有4年毕业，就要提供1万2
现在目前没有看到任何关于签证次数的限制
