planning to invite my parents here for the summer. The question is whether I
should include my I-140 approval and I-485 receipt to the visa application
material.
I am currently using H1-B for work, and I used AP once to to back China.

发帖数: 4225 | 2 It won't hurt to have a copy of those receipts for your parents, but I don't
think it is necessary to present to the visa officer if not asked to.
After all, your current legal status is still H1-B.
