只要在签证有效期之前入境就行。
入关给的停留期限和护照本身的有效期有关系

在美国驻京使馆的网页上是这么说的：
The visa expiration date has nothing to do with the authorized length of
your stay in the U.S. for any given visit.
在美国国务院的网址上是这么说的：
Please be aware, a visa does not guarantee entry to the U.S. Additionally,
the visa expiration date shown on your visa does not reflect how long you
are authorized to stay within the U.S. Entry and the length of authorized
stay within the U.S. are determined by the Customs and Border Protection (
CBP) Officer at the port-of-entry each time you travel.
从上面所说的来看应该即使在签证有效期最后一天入境都是可以的。
但是我刚给CBP打过一个电话询问，接电话的KATHY用非常和蔼但不容置疑的口吻告诉我
I-94的停留期限不能超过B2 VISA的EXPIRATION DATE。
真搞不懂这些美国的干部。 |
