but his B2 visa expired while we were waiting for the decision. We just got
a denial decision from USCIS. What should we do now? (I have a valid H1 visa
）. Is it still ok to file b2 extension or h4 application? Thank you soooo

no, he has to leave US now; he can apply for another B-2 or H-4 visa to
reenter.

是不是有一个30天的grace period? 现在机票好难买啊！

我看你描述的比较乱，希望你没把 visa过期与身份过期搞混。
