也一起交的。父母还说海关人员一直和他的女同事说笑，没有要求其他文件。 这种情
况是故意的还是无意？ 可不可以找当地CBP要求更正成6个月？有没人有类似经验？ 谢

I see no reason they should be different treated and also their return
tickets is far less than 6 months.
My father is Jun 7 to Dec 6, while my mother is Jun 7 to Sep 5. |

但是如果确实想呆上3个月以上，不妨回CBP试试看。

not Sep 6. Now better way to do is go to local CBP to see if there's any
chance to change that back. Otherwise, only apply another three months
extensions to USCIS.

I called CBP in newark airport, they just checked computer database that my mother
also was granted until Dec. 6. So they just make a wrong stample on I-94
form. And I should go to local CBP office to correct that (4 hours driving again).
So, if you encounter same problem, just call that airport office to make
sure it's some kind error or not. Everything can happen in there. Anyway, thanks all for your concerns and comments. |
