To whom it may concern,
I am xxx, a graduate student in xxx department of xxx university. I am
writing this letter to support the VISA application of my parents-in-law,
xxx, and xxx., who cannot speak English.
I want to invite both of them to attend my graduate ceremony in May, 2010.
Also they will take this change to visit some interesting places in U.S.A.,
such as New York city and ... I will pay for their travel cost and living
cost in U.S.A.
