我爸妈是第一次申请，去签的时候有些大意，因为我这边准备了存款证明他们的钱又在
股市里，他们自己就没有
开存款证明，结果签证官说开完存款证明再来。
后来我爸妈立刻回去借了钱开了，但是上面就写了是前一天才存进去云云。去了之后签
证官看了立刻就说是昨天
的，然后就摆摆手让他们走了。我从来没有遇到过这种情况，这样应该算是拒签了吗？
我在网上看现在拒签也不
再在护照上面盖章了。那如果再申请的话就一切程序都要重来一次吗？我问我爸妈具体
情况他们也说不清楚。现
在真是很着急，这样的话以后再申请的话表格都不知道怎么填了。

padding. They will need to submit new visa applications,
pay the application fees again, and provide proof of
long-term regular income, e.g., bank passbooks showing
monthly salary/wage/pension deposits into the accounts.
Don't use stock or other similar investments as proof of
finance. These investments are so volatile that they
don't mean anything.

There is nothing in the statutes or regulations that require
them to wait a certain period of time before applying for
visas again (9 FAM 41.121 PN1.4).
The key is that they need to be ready to address the
deficiency identified in the previous interview. Sometimes
when somebody applies for the visa again very soon, that
person has not rectified the problems and gets denied again.
