Of course. I do it all the time. Just use the manual function: dial the phone
card and pin just like making a normal call, when you hear the noise
(handshake signal) on the receiving end, press start on your fax machine and
it will be sent. If the receiving end is set to manual, ask them to press the
start button after answering the voice call after which you press your start
button. Good luck!
