ISEAS: a system set up by Department of State, who is in charge of border
security, like issue the VISA;
SEVIS: a system set up by Department of Justices, who is in charge of
benefits, like issue I-20 and other documentation, which could prove you could
have the benefits and rights you deserve.
ISEAS is the system currently used in Department of State. So all the
