The policy in China is different, who knows why. But according to my mom who
got her visa on Mar 18 in Beijing: everybody has to hand in 157 form -- this
surprized her a lot and created a mess for her since she knew it at the last
minute. I posted this yesterday. The VO read almost only her 157 and asked 1 Q
about it.
