You can ask the international office of your school to write
an
invitation letter to VO for your parents, including the 毕业
典礼 as the reason,
you can also write a letter to VO in english to claim it and
have some
travel plan for your parents and agree to pay all the fee
for them; previously
you also need to write a chinese invitation letter to
parents for their applying
passport, now at someplace it is not necessary. |
