as far as I know, you couldn't get degree as a F2 student.
You could
take required classes for credit as a F2 in a continuing
non-degree
program, but to get the degree you must enroll the program
as a full-time student for at least on semester. That is the
policy in my univ. You'd
better check with your univ ISO.
I think F2 could directly switch to
