“浙江大学心理科学研究中心”是集浙江大学心理学科特别是工程心理学方面的传统优
势和多学科集聚效应，面向科学前沿和国民经济，建立的一个多学科交叉的校设研究机
构，是浙江大学“一流理科骨干基础学科建设支持计划”的重要建设内容之一。
中心致力于运用心理学、生理学、生物物理学、行为科学、信息科学、数据科学等
学科的科学理论和方法，通过与科研院所及企事业单位的广泛合作，开展相关领域的前
沿探索与产业创新的应用研究，努力建设成为国内外具有影响力的研究机构和人才培养
基地。
中心的主要研究方向有高铁、核电站等国家重大工程项目，安全、医疗与健康生活
，智能计算与互联网使用等方面的工程心理学、人因工效学与人机工程学研究。
中心将积极通过“千人计划”、“基金委杰出青年基金、优秀青年基金”、“长江学者
奖励计划”、校“百人计划”等引进海内外杰出学科带头人，组建高素质研究团队，开

Introduction of Center for Psychological Science at Zhejiang University
The Center for Psychological Science (CPS) is a interdisciplinarity
research institution built by Zhejiang University, which takes the
traditional advantages of the psychology of Zhejiang university, especially
engineering psychology, and possesses accumulative effect of multiple
research areas. The CPS mainly involves in scientific frontier, national
economy and national defense security and it is one of the important
contents of the 'Support plan for first-class, core and basic subject
construction (science)' at Zhejiang University.
CPS conducts applied research of frontier exploration and industrial
innovation for related areas and spares no efforts to become an influential
research institution and talent training base in China and abroad, through
using scientific theories and methods of psychology, physiology, biophysics,
behavioural science, informatics, data science and so on, and through
extensive cooperation with research institutes and enterprise institutions.
Research orientations of CPS contain the following parts: 1) major
national projects, for example, high-speed train, nuclear power station and
et al, 2) safety, medical treatment and healthy living, 3) engineering
psychology of intelligent computing and Internet use, 4) human factor
engineering and ergonomics.
CPS will introduce outstanding subject-leaders from home and abroad
actively through 'Thousand Talents Program', 'National Science Fund for
Distinguished Young Scholars', 'Outstanding youth fund', 'Cheung Kong
Scholars Programme of China', 'Hundred Talents plan of Zhejiang University'
and so on, to build high-quality research teams and conduct
interdisciplinary research. We sincerely welcome experts and scholars from
related disciplines to join us and create a better future for psychological
