5. 研究方向（Direction of Research）：
中药及天然药物、化药、生物药的研发与分子机制研究
R&D in molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine, natural medicine
, chemical medicine and biological medicine;
6. 岗位职责（Position Responsibilities）：
（1）建立相关药物筛选及作用机制研究技术平台、项目调研、立项、具体实施和技术
攻关；
（2）研究项目的对外合作联络、监督、及项目推进；
（3）跟踪负责专业领域的国内外最新研究进展，组织编写项目立项分析及可行性研究
报告；
（4）研究团队的建设与管理。
（1）Establishment of the research technology platform on drug screening and
mechanism of activity, research project proposal, investigation, and
implementation, striving to make technological breakthrough;
（2）Connection with foreign cooperation, supervision and promotion about
the research project;
（3）Monitoring latest research progress in professional field both domestic
and abroad;
（4）Construction and management of research team.
7. 任职要求（Position Requirements）:
1、具有相关专业博士学位、以及3年以上本研究领域的实际工作经历；
2、熟练运用各种细胞生物学和分子生物学相关方面的技术与研究方法，如细胞培养、
ELISA、Western Blot、Flow Cytometry和靶向细胞杀伤实验等相关技术；
3、了解相应专业方向的国内外最新研究动向和进展；
4、良好的实验数据处理与分析能力；
5、良好的沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神。
1. Possessing Ph.D. degree in relevant major, and more than 3 years of
working experience in the research field;
2. Proficiency in the use of various techniques and methods related with
cell biology and molecular biology including but not limited to Cell Culture
, ELISA, Western Blot, Flow Cytometry, Targeted Cell Therapy;
3. Aware of the latest research trends and progress in relevant professional
areas both domestic and abroad;
4. Good ability in experimental data processing and analysis;
5. Good communication, coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
8. 专业背景（Prerequisite, Education Background）：
细胞生物学；分子生物学；免疫学；药理学；生物信息学；
具有病毒性疾病、脑疾病、神经退行性疾病等基础研究或者医学研究背景优先。
Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, Bioinformatics；
Preferably with background in viral diseases, brain diseases,
neurodegenerative diseases and other related basic research or medical
research .
