I used Frontpage 98 to compose it and send it to
the website immediately. No need to FTP or Upload.
One touch to upload at the same place you compose.
At first, I used the Netscape Composer, then use
the notepad(to copy the code only not write by myself).
then Hotdog. At last, I found that Frontpage 98 was
the best.
For the Website, you may put it on http://www.tripod.com
which is free and can use Frontpage to compose and send.
