更应该骂的是邮政快递。
自取都要收费，简直就是抢钱。
原来等几分钟就可以拿到的护照，
现在居然要扣押三天，而且还要交钱才能赎出来。

message.There is no guarantee such survey may improve their overall
treatment of visa applicants from mainland China, but if done with
significant number things may be shifted a little towards the right
direction? In fact, I suspect the very reason that they are now conducting
this rare survey is that they must have received informal complains from
various channels.

管是因为美方原因，还是中方原因，这事都说明了p民总是被鱼肉的对象。美国把政府
权利管住了（假设已经做得不错了），却屈服于财力，包括美国的中国的。中国是既管
不住权也管不住钱。当然，人民群众呼喊一下，还是很有震慑力的。

But it does not hurt to give the survey a good-faith (damn) try.
