最慢3-5年之内，民意中赞成就会全盘超过反对。
而且讨论越多，民意改变的速度就越快。

比例超过反对的比例。
不过我对CNN的民测结果一般还是持保留意见，它的民测结果总是比较liberal，和fox
的会差很远。
