Calif. Voters to Decide on Banning Divorce?

The man behind a proposed law banning divorce in the state of California has
been given the go ahead to start collecting signatures.
Secretary of State Debra Bowen announced Tuesday that John Marcotte can
start collecting petition signatures for the measure, according to KGO-TV.
Marcotte has 150 days to collect 694,000 signatures before the measure can
