但我发现中国的猎头，其实都很爱惜羽毛。
也就是说，如果你的背景不是很match，那就算你求他，他也不会递。他怕客户因此数
落他。
外国的猎头，如果nice点，加上你跟他说明了你的edges，那么他一般会帮你试试。
其实从招人的角度上看，越是Sr的人招小弟，越不会那么严。
一个google的朋友跟我说过，他们组，水平越高的大牛，问得问题越简单；越是半瓶子
水，越喜欢显摆，出那种8辈子用不着的题目。
