的地方，这个猎头跟我很熟，而且以前被我据过offer，所以估计会push的很厉害。他
已经让我给他发email说如果给多少base，就愿意接受offer了。不知道到时候他push我
该怎么应对。

1. Managed Futures fund, 500 ~ 1000 Million AUM, <10 people
这个职位基本是跟他们的两个partner一起做strategy research.他们现在的strategy
基本是做commodity, FX和FI为主的，想让我加入做一些equity的strategy，开始就是
replicate一些现有的常见strategy（value; stat arbitrage），只要跟buy&hold比有
positive的alpha就算完成任务。
2. Credit Fund，Billions AUM 20 ～ 50 people
这个公司约了下周第二轮onsite
加入这个公司的话，估计主要也是做trading strategy，除了credit market的
relative value strategy之外，可能会参与还做一些capital
structure arbitrage。 但是这么多的PM和trader，估计肯定也要做很多杂事。
3. 一个start up，隶属于一个commodity broker
这个broker有很多的commodity OTC 的flow，欧洲市场前几大，以前基本都是电话交易
为主。最近一年多开始建electronic trading platform，期望可以从client flow拿到
很多making making的alpha。欧洲那边有七八个人在做。
招人的manager隶属于这个electronic trading team，自己在美国这边build up team
，说是有了两个backtesting很好的strategy。所以我加入的话，前几个月是帮他编程
implement这些strategy。之后是跟他一起做alpha。

做credit那个算是街上比较有名的好像aum最近涨的很快。但是这块市场如何？会不会
就火两年？
而且他们人有点多。不知道能不能做核心的东西

90% people in USA speak/write better English than me. So what? You need to
