考虑马工作为一个alternative 和考虑hooker是可以类比的行为？
Normal people:
I like quant work, and I think 马工 work could be considered if compensated
sufficiently.
=>
I like coke, and I am OK pepsi if someone pays me to drink it.
vs
some people
I like quant work, and anything and everything slightly different are like
hooker work, regardless of compensation.
=> I like coke, and everything else is like drinking pee (urine if you will)

It is good you get an offer, but that doesnot mean quant is bad. If you

good news for quants as well. Hope the tech companies can keep up their good
work.
By the way do you guys know in general how many years it takes for a good
coder to make $300k, $400k, $500k... annual comps? Of course with IPO it is
hard to say but assume a guy starts at a after IPO company like MS, GOOG, FB
, etc. |

至少1w吧。
挺说混的不好的quant 奖金都木有1w的说
