有自己的strategy，能赚钱但是不多（否则早自己出去做了，呵呵）
还要准备那些无聊的brainteaser吗？还要go through那些option pricing的各种传统
的quant的东西吗？
这里的大牛说说对工作一两年的人有什么期望？
