就是要压低你的工资。我只谈total comp，现在他们以此为借口只愿意付一半。what's the point of such bonus?

the front office side, take it without any hesitation. And they are not mid
size fund and they are not doing high frequency, if you don't know, just
say you don't know, don't mislead people. |

sense to trade in and out so rapidly. And they are not going to build
infrastructure as good as dedicated high frequency shop or paying people as
much since they use client's capital. I never heard any big shot in high
frequency went to work for two sigma. |

100 last year. they were there in 2010.

main fund have been closed to new investors for a while. Only Compass is
still open. Bloomberg 100 does not include fund that are closed I believe (
not 100% sure), even that, bloomberg 100 does not include a lot of good
funds. |

have the issue of how to deal with too much money.A lot of fund don't report
their performance to data aggregators since they did not have the need for
marketing. |

the luxury of closing their fund, their trouble are to raise enough capital
. For good funds with a lot of capital from employees, they tend to close
their fund early. |
