另外cut的人多了，职位少了，这几年估计没有起色。
comp 2年前 entry level associate怎么也得150k吧。

associate is 100K, expected total comp for first full year probably around
150K, I doubt it changed much from then. But base has been much higher for
senior people in IB, my ex-colleague's base salary is 3 times mine right now

发帖数: 324 | 10 now it's typical for MD to have 400-500K base, as to buy side and sell side,
depends on where you work. Sell side more generic, you probably would not
be screwed too badly if you are bad in politics, buyside all depends on who
you working for, variation much bigger. And on buyside there are more
intellectually interesting works. |
